Pilates is a highly effective body workout that improves strength, builds endurance and develops proprioception to create a well-balanced and flexible body.

How to book & class schedule

New to Pilates?
You may wish to have a private session before joining our group sessions. 
If you have an injury or recent surgery or pregnancy then we do not advise in joining a group session as you will need an adapted service.
